Job Details

  • Salary: $18 to $20 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter and review data by posting invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
  • Resolve account-related issues and discrepancies
  • Balance statements and finalize financial data
  • Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests, issue reimbursement checks
  • Match checks to invoices and payment requests after check runs
  • Enter, post, and reconcile invoice batches; research and resolve payables issues with vendors
  • Prepare accounts for payments and verify system data
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Perform cashier duties
  • Act as back-up receptionist during breaks as needed
  • Break down and cost deals
  • Handle daily deposits
  • Post accounts payable and receivables
  • Bill deals, swaps, and wholesales accurately

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a dealership accounting or bookkeeping role required
  • Ability to balance high volumes of accounts accurately
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills
  • Quick learner adaptable to change and able to handle a demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
  • Successful completion of pre-employment testing including background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and possession of a valid driver’s license
