Job Details

  • Salary: $18 to $20 per hour
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Stewartsville, NJ 08865

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and review data including invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
  • Resolve account-related issues and discrepancies
  • Balance statements and finalize accounting data
  • Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests; issue reimbursement checks
  • Match checks to invoices after each check run cycle
  • Enter, post, and reconcile batches while researching and resolving payables issues with vendors
  • Prepare accounts for payments and verify data accuracy in the system
  • Perform filing duties and assist as cashier
  • Provide back-up receptionist support during breaks if needed
  • Break down and cost deals accurately
  • Handle daily deposits and posting of accounts payable and receivables
  • Bill out deals, swaps, and wholesale transactions

Work Hours

This is a full-time position requiring consistent availability during business hours.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working at an automotive dealership is required
  • Ability to balance large volume accounts accurately
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle records, and valid driver’s license verification
