Position Summary

The Automotive Porter Lot Attendant ensures the maintenance and presentation of vehicles within the dealership lot. This role supports various departments including Sales and Service by preparing vehicles for delivery and maintaining lot standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and support the company’s vision and mission through your actions and leadership.
  • Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles prior to customer delivery.
  • Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, or damages and promptly report any issues.
  • Maintain an organized and neat vehicle lot, moving cars as directed and aligning with dealership display standards.
  • Transport vehicles between storage and dealership areas.
  • Perform general building and ground maintenance as required.
  • Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability to work on Saturdays and during regular business hours.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate vehicles safely, including manual transmission.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with staff and customers.
  • Ability to safely operate machinery and perform physical tasks.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays as required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check, motor vehicle record review, drug test, and credit report as applicable.
  • Commitment to perform duties safely and in compliance with company policies.
