Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department. Your role is essential in ensuring customers receive professional and courteous assistance while their vehicles are serviced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify customer needs accurately.
  • Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding products and service requirements.
  • Provide customers with accurate cost estimates and timeframes for service completion.
  • Obtain customer authorization before proceeding with repairs or additional services.
  • Monitor service progress throughout the day and communicate any changes in cost, timing, or service recommendations to customers.
  • Manage vehicle warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Confirm service appointments by telephone and conduct post-service follow-up calls.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure work is completed satisfactorily and communicate results to customers.
  • Comply with state and federal regulations related to automobile repairs and consumer protection.
  • Demonstrate the company's core values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position; specific work hours will be provided during the hiring process.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years experience as a service advisor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment with a clean driving record.
  • Energetic and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
