Madison Honda is a certified Honda, Acura, and EV body shop dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and quality repairs. We are currently seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team and help manage the repair process with professionalism and care.

Job Details

  • Salary: From $65,000 to $85,000 per year
  • Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their needs with empathy and understanding.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to prepare accurate estimates, supplements, and process payments.
  • Work with customers and technicians to identify necessary repairs and offer additional services when appropriate.
  • Enter detailed itemized estimates into repair orders and clearly explain these to customers.
  • Oversee parts ordering and manage insurance-related communications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear updates and quality control from start to final vehicle delivery.
  • Adhere to insurance guidelines and company standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to team success.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience in body shop estimating is required.
  • Proficiency with the CCC Estimating System is required.
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
