Madison Honda is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our dealership and body shop team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with potential for professional growth and career advancement.

Job Details

  • Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 per year
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865

Work Hours

This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays, to support the body shop and parts department needs.

Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and accurately bill all parts
  • Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
  • Assist technicians with parts needs and answer phone inquiries
  • Handle pick-up and delivery of parts as required
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience with body shop parts is required
  • Proficiency with CCC software is necessary
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (Ignite) preferred; training available for qualified candidates
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
  • One to two years of automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership setting
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean or near-clean driving record
